We regularly check-in on our students, run friendly competitions, and moving in gifts too for students on long-term tenancies. Students’ privacy is important to us, and therefore we only arrange visits with appropriate notice only.

Gas, Electricity and Water bills being inclusive. Large TV, TV licence, Virgin Media Broadband packages. No call-out fees, that some Student accommodations have but don’t mention. All the standard requirements for an excellent Student house and much more.

ONLY UK private Student accommodation service which can provide a unique service in helping individual students whom rent with us to build their credit score. An optional extra which is provided for those Students who want to prepare themselves for life after University in employment or self-employment, ether way it’s something that will greatly benefit the Student.

For our International Students we introduce them to Students we have that help them settle into life in UK & University too. Moving to UK is a big step and can be daunting, therefore we have certain things in place to ensure a smooth arrival, settling in period and support as and when needed.
